Shipping Policy

At BURGUNDY Home Textiles, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely.

  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to all orders.
  • Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.
  • All parcels are shipped through a registered courier service.
  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the package appears opened, tampered with, or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.

Returns & Exchange

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective product, we’re here to help.

  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects.

  • Please include clear images of the defective product when contacting us.
  • If a replacement item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit voucher valid for 1 month.
  • Cash refunds are not available. Refunds are issued only as store credit where applicable.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Once a sale begins, the discounted purchase price will be considered the final value for any eligible refund or store credit.

  • Product colours and textures may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in device displays, photography lighting, and screen settings. Such variations are considered normal and are not grounds for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for products with verified manufacturing defects.
  • The refund amount will be equal to the price at the time of sale.
  • Pillow designs may vary due to the cutting pattern of the fabric.
  • BURGUNDY Home Textiles reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
  • Store credit vouchers issued in place of refunds are valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
  • BURGUNDY Home Textiles reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice.
